This is a real good picture of the old camper; '84 Palomino Colt - it had double bunks, (fold-down dinette for a fifth person)
built-in stove, ice box, dual propane tanks, battery for dry camping, above-door patio light, awning (not shown & hardly
used), foot-activated electric pump for water (holding tank or city water), decent storage space and only 900# (dry weight)
to tow. Worst part, putting it up one side at a time, as opposed to crank-up. The interior was immaculate (2 previous owners)
and it was a good unit to get off the ground with. A friend of mine made an outside stove holder, attached to the camper body
& a cover for the inside stove (extra counter space) - both made of melamine. With a couple of other improvisions, we
had a decent first popup!
